Foods: Some foods like onions, garlic and others can make breath bad. Monitor your foods, brush your teeth, and breath mints are ok.

See your dentist: Often times people who have chronic halitosis or bad breath, actually have an underlying dental problem that increases the amount of bacteria in the mouth or traps old food which leads to odor. Gum disease can also affect breath and so see your dentist for a check up.
