How did i catch oral thrush since i'm an adult? i thought it was impossible?

It is not: Impossible. It can be quite common in people who nee to use inhaled steroids. If you do not use inhaled steroids, then it can reflect a weakened immune system and it may be helpful to talk to your doctor.
