Ask to "disclose": 1) make an appointment to see a dentist ; hygienist. 2) brush and floss as well as you can do before going to the dentist. 3) ask if your hygienist/dentist can "disclose plaque" on your teeth. This is a bright pink liquid (painted on teeth), or may come in a tablet form, which you chew ; dissolve to coat your teeth. After rinsing, see the "missed spots". 4) brush/floss the missed spots everyday!
