A member asked:

Hello! my upper right wisdom is not yet fully erupted and i'm already 23. any ideas as to why my wisdom does that?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes,It can happen: Wisdom teeth can erupt between age of 17 to 32.They would erupt only if there is enough space available in your jaw.Sometimes wisdom teeth remain impacted or unerupted for a long time.In some instances, they may remain unerupted till there is a space created by loss of adjacent teeth. In some instances, if they are impacted very high in the jaw, they may not even erupt.
