Bleeding gums: If your gums are bleeding, it is because of the bacteria that is sitting between the tooth and the gum. Your bodies first line of defense is to send blood to an infected area. How long has it been since you have seen a dentist/hygienist and had your teeth/gums professionally cleaned? Tooth paste should not cause your gums to bleed.
