Soda and lemon: Soda and lemon are extremely acidic. They will erode the enamel on your teeth, and are obviously harmful to your gums. If you want to whiten your teeth, see your dentist.

See dentist: I would see your dentist and have the teeth professionally whitened and have them check your teeth/gums. The teeth should really be professionally cleaned first to have the whitening work its best.
