Alternative answer: The pain over face and jaw could be due to dental or temperomandibular joint problems, and if severe and intense, would suspect trigeminal neuralgia, but your issues would not likely be explained by a stroke per se. Have a neurologist evaluate you, but answers to your dilemma might be uncovered by your dentist.
