Maybe: Time is of the essence. When teeth are knocked out they need to be treated asap. They should be kept in the mouth or clean water or milk.The dentist/endodontist can do a root canal outside of the mouth then re implant the tooth in the socket stabilizing with wire. The worst case is it fails and an implant is placed. Hope this helps.

No Likely: It's possible they can be replanted into the socket they were avulsed from; however, it would have to be pretty "perfect" circumstances. Even if that happens, you will most probably still require root canal therapy on each tooth. I would see my dentist stat, if i were you. They would need to be replanted and splinted to adjacent healthy teeth asap. We're talking minutes here, not hours.
