No: A plaque induced hole is a cavity. A cavity into the dentin is not reversible without repair. The enamal and dentin in teeth are not viable and therefore do not "heal".

No: If your tooth has a "plaque-induced" hole, this is a cavity and it will not heal. The enamel has been destroyed and will never regenerate. The only way to treat this situation is to have the cavity professionally filled by a dentist. The filling materials available now are tooth colored and very natural looking. This will restore your tooth to health, but the enamel will never return.
