Nope: There is nothing you can personally do to restore your decayed teeth. You propose to do, with no instruments and no experience, on yourself, something that takes years of education and training to learn. I admire your confidence.

Hmmmm: I have years of training, years of experience, a dental assistant and the right instruments. What do you have? I'm not sure if the question is facetious or not, but the answer is 'not properly'.
