Alcohol post extract: Avoid any carbonated beverages for at least 24 hours, if you are going to drink alcohol do not take any of your narcotic pain medication as they will have an additive effect. Always drink in moderation and use a designated driver.

Wait 72 hours: As long as you are not taking any medications like opioids or antibiotics. After 72 hours you should be able to consume alcohol responsibly.
