is it safe to drink soda three days after a wisdom tooth extraction?

Ask your dentist/OS: Possibly. But I would go by the post-op instructions of the your dentist/OS whom extracted the tooth/teeth. Make sure you do not drink through a straw...sucking in can actually affect healing and can possibly result in a dry socket.

24-48 hours: At least 24-48 hours after the wisdom teeth extraction, you should avoid very hot or cold drinks, including sodas and solid foods. Take care.
