Ectopic pregnant hcg now 144 managing at home and bleeding started. wanted to go out of town this weekend. no pain for at least 5 days. am i still at risk?

YES U ARE !!!: In the us any ectopic that does not go to surgery is closely followed and since the pt is treated with methotreaxte and we follow the pt until the bhcg is less than 5 ! please call your gyn, if u were my pt i would not allow u to go out of town until the beta is less than 5 , women can bleed and then still get a rupture of the ectopic, u do not want to end up with a ruptured ectopic.
