Start Over: Interview the staff on the phone before you make an appointment. Ask your family physician if they know anyone with expertise in this area? Consider a naturopath. Consider seeing a neurologist. In my book this is the very reason all of us need a primary care doctor. The family doctor is the one who looks at the experts in the community and helps a patient find the expert they need.
