Been told my head pressure and tingling down one side is a spazzing nerve in my neck, does this sound right, if so how long does it last on 4 weeks nw?

Could be: ...A cervical muscle involuntary contraction causing the development of what is known as a trigger point causing paresthesias, or tingling over an area that doesn't necessarily correlate with the distribution of a particular nerve. Massage, ultrasound, electrical muscle stimulation and injection have all been useful treatments. Ask what your doctor recommends. Most medication fails to alleviate.
