Hyperparathyroid: If your PTH and calcium are high, you may have an overactive parathyroid gland, and diet/exercise (although good for you in general) will not reverse this. If you are vit d deficient, that will raise your pth, but usually ca is normal. There are other conditions to be checked. See your endocrinologist.
