Don't be!: Find a private street , track or trail nearby and start walking, if u feel like it. , jog a bit... Try covering a mile by walking, fast walking and/ or jogging.Don't worry about being 'shy'; anybody who sees you either doesn't care or wishes they had the motivation to 'get out there 'like you. Try to walk/ run a mile 3 or 4 days a week . Once you get started u will forget about the shy 'nonsense '.
