Medical evaluation!: You need to see a physician today. Go to urgent care or an er if you have to. You may only have the flu and dehydration, but more serious illnesses are also possible with these symptoms. At the very least you can be given IV fluids -- dehydration can be so bad it leads to confusion. Please don't try to guess on this -- i can't from here. An in-person medical evaluation is urgently needed now.
