It can be ok.: You already take Benadryl (diphenhydramine) -- often that helps with sleep. Your body may be very used to it-- if you only take 1 tab, it might be ok to take one more. Otherwise you could try melatonin (otc) for sleep. If that does not help, see your doctor and ask about trying something by prescription for sleep. Good luck to you !
