Strange feelings...: Odd sensations of water flowing can be due to irritation or other effects on nerves and/or on the spinal cord. A primary care doctor can check, and may refer to a neurologist or a physiatrist (physical medicine / rehabilitation doctor) for more evaluation. The doctors will check to see where (which nerves) might be the source of the sensations.

Five days ago I was mulching and when I stood up I hit the back of my head hard on a cement overhang. The worst symptoms I had were pain, fatigue, and perhaps mild nausea. Today I noticed one nostril slightly dripping. Could this be brain fluid?
Vertigo for +-8 weeks and parasthesia in arms/hands when sleeping. Brain/spine MRI showed bilateral Tarlov cysts at C6, C7, T1 but nothing else. Could vertigo and cysts share the same underlying cause? (e.g. increased cerebrospinal fluid pressure)
