See a doc: You probably have a bacterial conjunctivitis and need antibiotic eye drops. Another less likely scenario is that you scratched your cornea, either from whatever part of the roach hit your eye or in the process of washing it out. Those heal in 24 hours unless they get infected in which case they become quite painful. Headache is in all likelihood is just a reflection of what's happened to your eye.
