Learning to Sleep: Pills are not ever going to be the answer for you. You need to retrain your brain to sleep. This can be done naturally. You can consider a sleep disorders clinic. There are numerous books and other resources to help you with sleep teaching.

Sleep hygiene: First, make sure your sleep hygiene is good. Make a fixed sleep ; wake time, in a dark, cool room. Avoid alcohol ; caffeine 6 hours before sleep.
