Age of puberty: Most males stop growing taller by around age 18 and for most girls it is around 16 to 17 years old. However, this varies – especially if the person entered puberty late.

Depends: Growing taller requires open growth centers in the long bones. These usually close between 17-18 in males & 15-16 in females. An x-ray of your wrist/hand can identify growth centers. If the x-ray shows open centers, more growth is possible, if not, you are done.
