A member asked:

Would my knee injury cause my lower back to stiffen up and hurt really badly?

Not really, unless -: At the same time you injured your back as well, but didn't know about it (or think much about it), as the knee injury was more severe and painful and had all your attention.

Possibly.: If your knee injury is causing you to limp, or is altering your walking mechanics, it can certainly cause low back discomfort.
