Other possibilities!: I am guessing that it would be much more likely that the knot is a lymph node or perhaps a sabaceous cyst. Lymph nodes filter out bacteria and debris - they protect us. And sabaceous cysts occur most typically from a blocked oil gland. But any lump or knot can cause worry. Check with your doctor so you can put this to rest. And if it is something concerning, you need to get to work managing it.
