Other way: Cnsvasculitis can affect the problem and cause the eye problems rather then other way around. Get this evaliated. This may need multiple specialists.

Vasculitis: CNS vasculitis and tarlov cysts are not at all related. Pain in the leg and back can be caused by tarlov cysts but they do not cause confusion.
