Can you still get dentures if you have little to no solid bone left?

No: Dentures need to sit on or be anchored to something...If no mandibular ridge, hard to do. Uppers will certainly have maxillary structure. You need to see a dentist that fits dentures to determine your options.

Dentures: This would need to be evaluated by you dentist. There are treatment options available today for patients with severely resorbed ridges. Dental x- rays need to be taken to see just what you have.

Yes: Dentures, made by a prosthodontist, take advantage of all the available areas of support and retention you have in your mouth, without interfering with normal mouth movements.

Yes, but: Yes , but they will not be very secure, have limited function, and contribute to further bone loss. As a Prosthodontist I treat patients with little bone as a routine. See a prosthodontist: A prosthodontist is a specialist in restoring and replacing your natural teeth even if you have bone loss. Ask your dental professional about supporting your dentures with dental implants. Implants can be used to stabilize and retain the dentures.
