See a Prosthodontist: See the specialist. They will provide you with the best options. If they aren't able to treat you due to finances, they may be able to direct you to the best alternative provider. Often this will be the postgraduate prosthodontic program at one of the dental schools. Good luck.

Sorry to hear that: Wearing a lower prosthesis is the most difficult thing to do. You must mentally be ready and physically work at adapting to wearing a lower denture. It won't be easy but can be done with hard work and practice. Think positively and good luck to you.
