Depends on your goal: There are many snacks out there, some highly processed , some not so much so. Read labels. Try to limit high fructose corn syrup. Look for organic, but that is difficult to find. It depends on what other supplements you are using, as many snacks have add-ons that may get you into excess of something . Stay away from fads.
