Canker sores: These, if that is what you really have, are of unknown cause and will not respond to antibiotics. If your doctor was giving you Flonase it suggest they were treating something other than the sore on the uvula. You might want to discuss this with them and if not satisfied, get a second opinion, possibly from an ENT doctor.
