Can't say: See your ob/gyn. Sometimes your body takes a while to be ready for pregnancy. Sometimes it is due to either issues with you or your partner. Get checked out.

Infertility: We diagnose infertility after 1yr of regular unprotected sex at which time need to go see your family doc for basic evaluation ; referral to reproductive endocrinologist for further testing. Be sure to start taking prenatal vitamins to reduce risk of neural tube defects because by the time you realize you're pregnant, it's too late to prevent that specific birth defect. Get partner checked out too.

Miscarriage: Sorry to hear about your loss. Try not to stress too much, it will only get becoming pregnant more difficult. Have you f/u with your gyn and had a pelvic u/s. Your partner also needs to have a sperm count done, especially if it is a different partner from when you last got pregnant?
