Either is possible.: Either is possible, but a blood test at that time would have given you the answer possibly if the pregnancy hormone (HCG) was still elevated.

Preg test +: If your pregnancy test is positive and now you are experiencing bleeding then you need to be seen by a doctor. If your pregnancy test is positive then this is not a menstrual cycle. A miscarriage is the most likely but ectopic pregnancy must be excluded.
