Are my meds (or the lack thereof) causing my aggression? how can i manage my anger?

See a psychiatrist: Please see a psychiatrist for evaluation of your diagnosis and medications that may be contributing to your anger disorder or simply not helping. Her psychiatrist can then provide with medications that can be of help. Also see a cognitive therapist for anger management. If you have posttraumatic stress disorder then emdr may also be of benefit.
