Enjoy life. : Try regular exercise in the morning. Spend time with friends or pets. Read the comics, watch a funny movie, volunteer in your community, take a class and learn something new. You can also get close to nature and enjoy a beautiful sunrise or sunset. Make sure you eat healthy. If that doesn't work, see a mental health professional for counseling and assessment for possible medications.
