Yes: I know it sounds stupid- get more rest. Studies suggest fatigue is also improved by regular mild exercise- walking, getting outside, doing active things you like and resting when tired. Daytime naps of 30 min or less are often helpful. (longer ones do not work as well) if you are severely anemic, in my experience, sometimes transfusions help depending upon the degree of anemia.
