Depends on...: ...The type of cancer but in a nutshell, there is surgery, radiation therapy in one of its many forms, endocrine (hormone) therapy, immunotherapy (using the body's immune system to fight the cancer), and targeted therapies which work on the molecular mechanisms that make cancer cells go. Some treatments overlap more than one category.
