Not always easy: A "cold" without fever that lasts longer than 2 weeks may well be allergy rather than a clod. Allergies by then selves do not cause fever. Typical allergy symptoms are itchy , teary eyes, clear nasal discharge associated with itching, itchy palate, itchy eras, sneezing, mildly sore throat, even fatigue. Not sure - see a physician.
