They are available: Both blood and skin tests for a variety of allergies are available. The ones for foods are more likely to be something you can control. If airborne allergies like dust are involved it is hard to control, but may help you. Allergy shots as given in some places in the world are not considered worthwhile in infancy. Many insurers in the US do not even cover testing until 4 and above.
