Topical steroid: I would try a 1% Cortaid (hydrocortisone) like cream twice a day for a couple of days. This should help--if not---please see a dermatologist.

See Eye MD: See your eye doc. Take picture of it so if it changes before appointment, you can show the doc. Since it could be a skin cancer, be sure to be seen. For now, try warm compresses.
