What does it mean if my arm is hurting where my forearm and biceps meet at my elbow area?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Guy Fogel answered

Biceps tendinitis: You may have injured the biceps tendon at the elbow. Avoid lifting and forceful rotation at the forearm and if pain persists have an orthopedic surgeon evaluate it.
