Post work out pain: Make sure you are warming up; if you are seasoned athlete or weekend warrior, you must warm up before any workout - if this is not helping, you need a complete examination to determine the site and cause of pain - neck pain can radiate to the shoulder and vice versa - you will need an exam to tease this out.
