Arm workouts: " core" arm strength , or rather, exercises that can build up your arms: wrist curls/ extensions, biceps curls and triceps extensions , . For your upper arm and shoulder do military press and inclines.Ask a good personal trainer for a regimen that would best 'fit ' you! good luck!
