Rotator Cuff Problem: Without knowing more about you pain, it is impossible to give a firm diagnosis. But many people with rotator cuff problems, for example, rotator cuff tendinosis, will have night shoulder pain. You need to be evaluated by your pcp or by an orthopaedic surgeon or sports medicine physician.
