Don't worry: It is true that your phone does emit a low level of radiation and i don't recommend you sleep on it every night :) but the level received from one night is low and you should have no lasting effects.

No worries: Phone has no radiation risk to humans. So i would not worry about all that you are concerned about in terms of risk of cancer. You should live a healthy lifestyle(keep weight normal and avoid fast foods and focus on eating healthy, plant-based foods with limited use of meats in your diet) and quit worrying about cancer.
