Recently diagnosed with hypermobility syndrome...possibility of ehler danlos hypermobile. not sure when or how injury happened but shoulder is extremely painful. mobility decreased and keeping me up at night. urgent to get to doctor?

? rotator cuff: You could have problems with thyroid or even pre-diabetes, either of which could cause adhesive capsulitis. However, other considerations include shoulder joint problems such as rotator cuff tear. Likely, not critical, but needs full evaluation over next few days.
