Surgery in 3 y/o: Circumcision at age 3 is regular surgery, and should be approached that way. Thus, information on your child's past and present health, previous surgeries, family history (especially any problems with surgery or anesthesia), reactions to medications, recent illness and general consents to the procedure are all things that need to be completed. In addition, there will be papers regarding insurance.
