Problematic ?: In what way ? The tooth should be restored. Fillings sometimes chip or dislodge during a cleaning, but not because of the cleaning... The instruments and technique do not put that much force on the restorations. Biting food places much more force. The restorations most likely were undermined, so having the filling dislodge only brought it to everyone's attention.

Shoudl be easy fix!: The bonding was ready to fail if it broke during a cleaning, the timing was co-incidental. While it was not your dentists fault, many would likely repair at no cost or discounted cost to you simply because it happened during a cleaning visit. Please note that the dentist is not obligated to fix it for you... It does make good business sense though.
