"Smile" surgery: Yes, plastic surgery is sometimes used to 're-do' a smile. It is likely you're thinking of either the upper lip lift, the corner lip lift, or both. An upper lip lift shortens the distance between the top of the upper lip and the base of the nose. A corner lip lift involves only the edges of your mouth (designed to address a permanent frown). Consult a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss!
