I am trying to find funding for my dead jaw surgery which i'm told us life threatening, what do you suggest?

County Hospital: Most county hospitals have programs for treating residents in their county for a reduced fee or free depending on your financial qualification. I would recommend you start there. Dead bone or osteonecrosis is a very serious problem and needs to be addressed by a qualified oral ; maxillofacial surgeon and possibly an otorhinolaryngeal surgeon (ent).
