Therapy: See a good therapist to help you learn better self-confidence. Make a list of each part of your body and find at least one good thing about each. For example, if you don't really like your feet, you can still say that they are good at getting you where you are going! put the list where you will see it and remind yourself daily of all your good qualities. Stop calling yourself ugly!
